Maddie + Greg | A Cozy Farm Wedding at Historic Stonebrook

Some wedding days just feel extra special — the kind that fill your heart with nostalgia and joy all at once. Maddie and Greg’s wedding at Historic Stonebrook Farm was one of those days for me.

I photographed Maddie’s brother’s wedding about eight years ago, so walking into their celebration felt like stepping into a little family reunion. It’s always such an honor when families invite me back to capture another milestone, and seeing familiar faces again reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

Their day was beautifully cozy, relaxed, and fun from start to finish. Stonebrook Farm’s rustic charm set the perfect backdrop — the silo, the tall fields, and that soft golden light that makes everything feel timeless. Maddie wore cowboy boots under her dress (which I absolutely adored!) and the two of them laughed and danced and frolicked through fields like it was the most natural thing in the world.

The whole day carried that easygoing joy that makes farm weddings so magical — the sound of laughter mingling with the music, the scent of fresh grass and flowers, and the glow of string lights as the sun set over the barn. It was simple, genuine, and full of heart. I’m so thankful to have been part of their day and to have reconnected with their wonderful family!
